Help!!! Will 2700 DDR Work on Abit KR7A-133?

It doesn't need it unless maybe you want to overclock...but it will work fine.

If you can overclock to 166 or past that then it might be able to use it, but otherwise you don't need it.
It will just make it easier so that when you do overclock, you won't be overclocking your memory, just your fsb.

It will work ok with the mobo though, just will be defaulted to whatever you're running your fsb to(ie. stock = 133x2 so like PC2100).

ah ok i understand. so the 2700 is like running at 180 right? I see. So it will work but a little over kill unless i can get up to that speed with my fsb right?
