That's the best out of all that you listed. FWIW I've used all in your list except for the Vantec. The FalconRock II I used was the same heatsink sold under a different name and with a different fan. The Thermaltake Volcano 7+ can perform well with fan turned up but it becomes SUPER SUPER SUPER noisy. Oh, and did I mention it becomes noisy? A 6000RPM fan sure puts out the noise. Another thing was that the first one I used on socket A almost killed the processor because it didn't seat properly. If you look at the pics of the HSF with the socket A/370 clip, it shows the clip using a single lug. The one I got used all three lugs, so it was like an inverted T. Well, the parts that used the side lugs didn't clear the bottom of the chrome metal that holds the fan to the copper heatsink. I had to dremel away at the metal for it to fit, after trying to figure out why the CPU was running 75ºC!!!
If you don't mind a little bit of noise, use the Thermalright SLK-800 with a Panaflo M fan (medium speed). I did some testing using all the 80mm fans in my collection and the only one that cooled better was this high RPM and noisy Sanyo Denki 80x35mm monster, and it didn't beat it by much.
