HELP! Which Radeon 8500 LE Do I Buy ?

Which Radeon 8500 LE Do I Buy ? This one at Compusa or this one at Newegg ? I'm not sure which one has the fastest ram. I want to be able to flash the bios and overclock. Or should I just wait till the Radeon 8500 non-LE's price goes down ?

The CompUSA looks like the better buy; it is built by ATI and comes with all the hardware cables. Should have 3.6 DDR and be easily overclockable to 275/275. I have one right now running at 300/300 and did not require flashing ore extra sinks to get there.

Yup, get the comp USA retail one. I have the same one as that which I bought from Best Buy, and it runs 300/300 no problem!

i got the compusa one yesterday. the retail version is worth the couple extra bucks. and the newegg one is OOS.

anyone actually know how to flash the a 8500le? i got one that was clocked at 230/230, but it does have 3.6ns hynix chips

I bought the CompUSA one, I really like it very crisp looking it was clocked @ 250/250 and had
Infineon 3.6ns BGA ram, I cant run @ 300/300 though freezes up about 3/4 of the way through
the nature test on 3DMark, @ 301/295 I get over 9k my score

Anyway here's a link to some 8500 Tweaks I'm using 3Dtweak to Oc mine
