I made a deal with a guy quite some time back. He has 34 positive and 1 negative heatware. I was new to the whole trading thing when I set up a trade with this guy. I just dont know where to report this too.
He keeps telling me that he has shipped, but then nothing shows up and I get a story like "well things have been really hectic recently". I can understand if there are problems, but I have been told three different times now that my items have shipped and still nothing.
I have all communications amongst us saved and I just want to know where to report this. Thank you.
