HELP!! Where to go for 19th Bday and what to buy a girl?

So I've known this girl for like 5 years and her 19th birthdays coming up. The problem is the situation is kind of weird...first of all because shes not 21 so we don't know where to take her. The original idea I had but I came up w/ it too late was to drive her to Canada and drink there, but thats not possible becuase we're in Colorado and her birthday is tomorrow. So anyways, I have a few questions:

1. Where do we go that's special(not dinner and a movie, not a movie)?
2. If you live in the Denver area, specific places?
3. What do I get her?

#3 is kind of complicated because we were kind of fooling around and almost together and I figured we would be but I was too puss and she'd ask and I'd never make it official and she met some other guy shes pretty into now. I was originally gonna get this digial photo album and fill it with pictures of times we've had together, but I don't wanna do somethin like that cause it's kind of a together thing. We still mess around though so its not like we're together...so I'd like to get her something kind of awesome, but I can't get her somethin like we're dating or anything. So I guess the question is what do I get her that is kinda sweet but at the same time won't make it so shes obligated to me. It's gotta be more than a just friends gift but not somethin like a necklace or something like we're together.

but still messing around with her doesn't come between that? hey, look at it this way, YOU'RE the one who gets to take her out on her birthday. that's gotta mean something. i'd say get her whatever you want and don't worry about what it makes it look like.

1) no movie cuz you wanna talk to her right? don't want to waste 2 hours sitting around. unless you have plans of holding her or making out (you go boy!) Dinner sounds nice... take her out to a place that she really likes or talks about a lot... or go to a resturant you guys (you or just her) went to years before but havn't eattin there in a while.. bring back some memories

2) i don't live in denver... why not take her out to look at the stars? bring a blanket and buy dinner.. have a dinner under the starts

3) buy something that comes in pairs (or buy two of something).. then give one to her.. and you keep one.. and tell her some stuff about how each of you completes each other

i don't know what to say about her liking someone else.. it never feels good when your into someone and they are thinking about someone else. make sure that you have her full attention

I like the digital photo album idea...why don't you get her that still, but put a variety of pictures with friends and her with other people, etc. You could also get her tickets to a concert of someone she likes.

What are you thinking to spend? There are several really nice restuarants downtown and near the Tech Center. It would all depend on your budget, though.
