Help! Where to find Toshiba 104S DVDrom region unlocked firmware?

I have been trying to download this thing for days now and I can never get through to the server. I am in China so this might have something to do with it (ie I can never dload from anything at xoom.com because they probably block them all along with CNN, New York Times, etc.)

This is for the drive shipped with ver 2.02. I play a mixture of Chinese and US movies so I desperately need the firmware update

If some kind soul can tell me another site that has this file, or can email it to me as it is very small, I would be very very grateful.

Hmmm the 104s sounds like a Pioneer, but try looking at this zite maybe it'll help you

Oops, I meant to say Pioneer. I just replaced my broken Toshiba with the Pioneer.

The link you gave me is the website from which I pulled the link I provided. The quickest fix would be for someone to dload it for me and then email it to me as I can't find the file on any other server. I found it somewhere on geocities, but geocities is also blocked from within China.
