Help - where can I get a Voltage Regulator Module

After buying an OEM PIII 800 to install in my IBM Netfinity, it said that I had to install a VRM in a slot next to the processor. Are their OEM VRM's out there? The IBM package (cpu +VRM) was $699, which is ridiculous. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
