anyone know what is the core voltage for a p100 cpu? there is thermal grease all over the chip, so i can't see if it is specified on the chip. and i dun wanna wipe it off... then i will have no thermal grease :p

EDIT: i found a website that says this sucker takes 3.3v is that right? if so... DANG!!! :Q

Yep 3.3 volts on the pre-mmx pent 1 cpu`s... (The mmx cpu`s had dual voltages 2.8 & 3.3) So when you look at say a Celeron II w/.18 core that uses 1.5V it does kinda make ya wonder... :)

Yep. 3.3V.

Don't be so surprised. Older CPUs are 5V. :Q
