I saw this on News.com but forgot to bookmark it...

What's that newest law they are trying to pass, about making it illegal to build a computer, or to use a non-factory-built PC, or something like that? There was a huge post on this here on the Forums, 200+ replies when I checked it a few days ago, but I can't find it now..
