[HELP!] What the... (ATI 9800 Pro AIW Garbled Output)

I just received my ATI 9800 Pro All in Wonder from Essential Computers. I plugged it in, hooked up the monitor, booted, and saw all these green and white dots. The boot screen for Windows XP was missing pixels here and there, but once it reached the desktop everything seemed normal. I installed the 3.9 drivers from ati.com and fired up a few games... here's how they looked:

Completely garbled. I tried lowering my agp speed from 8x to 4x, disabling write combining and fast writes, but output is still garbled. Do I have a bad card?

Anyone? If it's a problem with the card then I'd like to RMA it now. But if there's something I can do on my end...

I have it bad too, there's apparently a bug with using the AIW 9800 Pro with 32bit graphcis, when setting to 16bit everything works fine. I'm putting a post together to try to address this problem.

Krym can you post what your system is coz I may have found a fix for it. I'll do more testing and let you know.
