Help! What speed Athlon is this processor?

I was given an AMD Athlon processor with the following markings:

AMD Athlon
A1000AMT38
AJFA 0031EPAW

Unfortunately, I don't have an AMD motherboard and am unclear if this is an 1GHz chip?

Any help appreciated.
