Help! What kind of bug is this ??

These bugs have been coming around at night in my apartment !



What are they and how am I suppose to stop them ?

That second pic looks more like a regular ol' cricket...
Mole crickets have shorter legs and antennae.

I don't think I can sleep at night knowing those things are running around...

Also, anyone think that the apt managers can do something about them ?

Uh, it's a cricket.

It isn't going to hurt anything. They're basically just noctournal grasshoppers. Don't go spraying the place with pesticides, that's way overkill.
