Ok, for those that missed out, see The thread on my Jackoff Trader HERE

let me begin by his post on Hardforums, he stated in his original post:"i have all original stuff box, remote, reciept, cd, etc... asking 70$ for it.. " see HERE

Ok, im already upset that i didn't get the BOX or any manuals. Just the extigy, bare CD, usb cable, and Power Plug from Cambridge soundworks (is that right?????)

THAT"s it! So befroe i yell at him i wanna make sure i know completely WHAT EXACTLY COMES in a retail box Extigy drive???

OK, now, to continue the argument, i still haven't sent my part of the drive (i just got his today). So what should i do? Obviously he didn't live up to his end of the bargain.

thanks for ur help guys

FYI, his nick there is "Drozenski"

IMO I think that he should have deserved a neutral rating. He didn't screw up the entire trade. Yes I know how bad it can be when things don't go right, but sh!t happens. If I were you I'd just send out his fair share and ship it in a timely manner. He earned a neutral rating for his "mix-ups," it doesn't mean that you have to screw him as well.

ok, but what about the fact that he didn't include what he said he would? he said everything it would come with, box, etc.

to me, that's important, cuz what if one day i wanna sell it. it looks a lot better with a box

got the remote. so the only thing im missing are the manuals, and the Box

so now, what to do. i e-mailed him asking him to "advise" on his forgetting the box & manuals.

the thing that's crap, is that he Didn't send it out BEFORE his vacation because he claimed "He forgot some stuff at his home"......you would THINK that after 3 WEEKS He would get EVERYTHING!??!?!

Just tell him you will not ship out the items until you receive what you were promised.

Give him a neutral... it is box and manuals, afterall.
