Help!!! What are the normal temps for this?

I have a MSI K7T Turbo, an 850MH processor, I have four 60mm fans mounted with two blow holes cut into the case. I have a Alpha PAL6035K mounted. I am serious about the air flow, The temps that I am running are at a dead startup 49 degrees then up to 55 to 62 when playing a game.
Can anyone tell me what the normal operating temp should be.

The normal temp for a non-overclocked tbird should be about 50c or lower. Check to see that the heatsink is mounted properly.

Yes the Heat sink is mounted properly, useing thermal compound.I have a total of 8 fans blowing air. 6 of them are blowing air in and two of them are sucking air out.

Thanks for the link " Mikewarrior2 ". I have read that page this morining and I was just wondering. I am running anywhere from 55 degrees at startup up to 61 degrees after playing a game on the internet.

I meant to ask what was the actual MB temp(if you're using VIA Hardware Monitor, it should give you another reading, one for the Motherboard or Motherboard chipset)
