Help! Weird P/S Problem...I think

Ok, my rig is completely stable at 1.0ghz (9.5x105, don't as me why, i think my ram can't goto 133). Anyways, yeah, so its all good and stable until something crashes. And by crash I don't mean unstable o/c crash, but like a random WinXP crash. So when it crashes I have to power off, so I do. But when I power it back on it sometimes won't come back on, like it won't post until after a few power-off, power-on retries. However, if I just shut down normally (or reboot) and power on, its fine. What's up with this?
thanx for any help.

Not sure what your definition of stable is, not my understanding that the NT core is subject to random crashes. How do you tell the difference between random WinXP crash from a o/c crash?

I would bet that if you ran at default your problems would go away.
