I know that this is a problem because it does not only happen on my computer but i have seen it happen on a few others as well. I can not exactly pinpoint what causes it, though this screenshot was taken after i exited a game of Unreal Tournament. Most of the time it is just one of these blank windows but this time there were two. I cannot close these by using Alt-f4, or right clicking them in the taskbar and going to close. If i could i would not really care that random windows were being open. These windows also do not show up in the task manager so the only way for me to get rid of them is to either kill explorer.exe or reboot, both of which i dont like to have to do very often. I believe the problem happens only when changing resoultions (which could've caused it after playing a game)
