Help. Weird error using Taskmanager in Win2k

I having an unusual problem with my taskmanger in Win2k. Seems now when I open it I can't see any of the tabs (Processes and such) There are 3 tabs.

I can't even see the minimize or close buttons. I haven't changed anything it just showed up like that one day?

I've rebooted several times.

You're using Netscape...switch to IE 5.5 IMMEDIATELY 😀

double click in the gray area and it'll regain the title bar, etc.
