Help! Website homepage hijack!

Jus' a quickie - every so often I open up IE and MSN comes as my homepage! My homepage is usually set up as "blank" but now this is happening . . ..

Every time I run Spybot and Adaware, Adaware detects something that's a "potential website hijack" or something like that . . . I get rid of it, but it comes back on!

How do I fix this?
