Help! Want to ENABLE V-sync in Unreal Tournament 2003 (UT2003)

Help, guys.
I'm tired of this stupid page tearing in UT2003. I want to enable V-sync. That's right, I don't want a magrinally higher frame rate. I want better visuals instead.

Is there a command, a password, a secret gesture, a keystroke or mouse click to enable the V-sync in the game?

i don't know if it's accessible from some menu, but there's a UseVSync entry in ut2003.ini
