Help w/ Video Card Purchase

I currently have a Nvidia GeForce Ti 4400.

I have about 125.00 to spend and have been looking at some 5700LE's on ebay for about that price. They have 256mb DDR.

First of all...will I see a big difference in performance for gaming...

and secondly, is there a better card for the $$$ that I am overlooking?

Do not buy a 5700LE. Grab a used 9700Pro off the the FS/FT board here for that price.
