Help w/ Unlocking AMD Phenom II X3 715

I'm tryin to pop my own cherry here but I'm a lil gun-shy.

Here's what I have:
amd phenom II x3 715 2.8ghz (stock)
asus m4a785-m (latest bios)
rosewell rcx-z1 cooler
gtx460 1gb
8gb ddr2 800(2x2 ocz/2x2 g.skill)
650w antec earthwatts ea650

Enabled ACC
Enabled Unleashing Mode

And have CPU-Z showing me AMD Phenom II x4 15 and getting readings on the 4 cores, however I am seeing glitches in the graphics with Windows and programs.

I need help adjusting my voltages because I've never done it before and don't want to fry my PC! In the BIOS, I see VCore and the VDDNB where it allows me to adjust the voltages, but I'm confused by their wording "over voltage". Does this mean if I put the value in the bios to 1.325 for VCore that itll be the default value PLUS the 1.325? Or is the 1.325 what it will be continuously?

I really don't want to fry this thing - I'm a poor man! hehe

Thanks for the help!

EDIT : Here's a link to my CPUZ Report on pastebin. Not sure if this will help.
