Help w/ putting 2 computers on my t1 connection

I have 1 computer hooked up to my apartments t1 line, however I want to hook up another computer to the t1 line so we can play starcraft on line together, how do i do this? thanx

It all depends on how it's setup. If your current machine is using dhcp and they wouldnt mind you pulling two ips, then all you'd need todo is hook up a second pc to the network, but if they have static ips, you'll want to talk to the person who assigns them.

starcraft online together? you mean BNET? for somereason if you are &quot;sharing&quot; same IP address you both would be able to play on bnet at same time, but NOT be able to play together. it just wont let u join same game for some reason. but if its not on bnet and over network, then u would have no problem.

the easiest thing would be to get a router, another choice is to make ur computer gateway and conntect the other computer thru urs with a second network card.

using built in internet sharing program in win98SE or higher.
