I have an Epox 8kha, and the little fan in the middle of the board is having extreme trouble turning, it will turn for a while, then slow down, should I rma it, or is there a quick fix?
 
If thats the only fan not working, then it's probably not the power supply but your fan cable/motor. either way, its not good to have a fan not working 🙁 Serious problems can occur so replace it ASAP and dont turn on your computer!
 
If I were you I'd try to locate a suitable replacement. RMAing any board is a hassle + there is no guarantee the new mobo won't have another bum fan. Find a good replacement then stick that on. It'll be cool (literally).
