help w/ mobo install

I just got a new mother board, asus a7n8x-x, and when i installed all my hardware components and boot it up there is no display. i have a athlon xp-2200, geforce ti 4200, and 512 mb pc3000 ram. Not sure if that matters or if there is a jumper or something that i need to move or what. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated, i really need my computer to get things done.

Do you get any startup screen, at all? If not, try re-seating your vid card. More after we know this one.

You can also try reseating your RAM.
If the case speaker is hooked up, listen for the beep codes, and look them up:
