Hey guys, for some reason I am stuck at an overclock of 3.7GHz. I am stable on prime95 but as soon as I up anything in the slightest I get a BSOD either immediately or in about 5minutes, I was wondering what your suggestions are for me to get more out of this OC as you guys are much more experienced.

Thanks in Advance!

I feel like my voltage is a bit high for only 3.7

Also, I noticed in the "Advanced" tab of my BIOS (where I disabled Cool N Quiet etc) there are two things named "Microcode Updation" and "Secure Virtual Machine Mode" they are both currently enabled...what are these and should I leave them enabled or disable them?

Have you tried raising the voltage so more? I believe up to 1.5v is safe for a Deneb.

Like F2F said above, try a bit more voltage, if your temps allow it. Try maybe setting vcore at 1.475v and multiplier at 19x (3.8ghz effectively). Do not exceed 1.5v. Also, I see your NB frequency is at stock 2000mhz. These phenom chips can see pretty significant gains when you OC the NB along with the CPU. I would think you should be able to set that to 2400mhz on stock voltages without issue. Worst case scenario, it's always possible that your chip is just not a good overclocker.

1.54v is max safe for that chip. though 3.7 to 4.0 is a standard/high OC for that particular CPU.
