I have Plex 1210, and I just bought Toshiba 1402 hoping that I would be able to burn at 12x and extract audio faster. But when I tried it, I still can only burn at 8x and extract audio at 3x. My old Creative DVD-rom was able to do that! Am I doing something wrong here? Coz the only reason I upgraded to the Toshiba was so that I can burn & extract faster. Am I using the wrong software? I'm using Adaptec 4.0. If so, what software should I use?
