Help: Vista is going crazy

I just got a new hard drive and installed acronis Worstation something, then i did a reboot and now suddenly whenever i start vista it gives me the error "version cue has stopped running" and "Media player has stopped running", "what would you like to do? close the program, check online?" If i then try to open opera, i cant connect to any website, if i try to close the program i get the same stupid error as above. The same happens from internet explorer. I can however ping any website and my ipconfig works, Internet explorer (x64) also works (im using that now).

Does anyone have any clue what is going on and how i could possibly fix this error, it seems very random, but i dont want to reinstall my OS.

Edit: if forgot to say than when i open task manager, the processor usage will often be at 100 %, but i cant find any process that is using even close to that much, the max is like 8 %. I have never heared of ghost processes before??
