I just replaced my All in Wonder Card with a VisionTek Radeon 9100 AGP card. I followed instructions about removing old card and drivers and adding new card and drivers. When I re-booted, I received a device failure error message and only VGA resolution. I read where this card likes IRQ 11 and does not like to share IRQ. I saw IRQ 11 was also used by my on-board Ethernet adapter, so I disabled Ethernet in Bios, rebooted, and everything was fine with video card. I have a Soyo Dragon MB and Windows XP Professional. Now I need to know how to change IRQ for ethernet, so I can re-enable it. Device manager is greyed out for resource settings for both the video card and the ethernet adapter. I also left on-board ethernet disabled and put in a PCI Ethernet card. Now Network Card is given IRQ 11 by the MoBo and Sound (built in) shares IRQ 10 with video card. Still getting video errors despite re-installing XP (clean install) and D/L latest drivers from ATI. Does anyone know how I can get video to use IRQ 11 and sound/network to use IRQ 10? I have tried reserving various IRQ's in Bios while enabling sound, video and ethernet separately, but always end up with configuration mentioned above. (IRQ 11-Network, IRQ 10-Video and sound)
