I looked at Viewsonic website and it said AC 100-240V (universal), 50-60Hz (auto switch) and using 3-pin AC plug.
I beleive this is just for adapter since the input to the monitor is not that but I have no way to confirm since the LCD is not in my hand now.
If anyone owed this LCD can you tell me what kind of power inputs for the LCD ifself (i.e., voltage and amp) I need to find a replacement for them !
Thanks

You might try emailing Viewsonic, even though odds aren't good to get the answer it's worth a shot.

If all else fails, you might try 12V as this is by far the most common voltage used. Since specs claim 42W, that'd be 42/12 = 3.5A, but it could be useful to add some margin so it's not stressing the supply, making it 5A @ 12V if you had a choice, found one at this higher current rating. Note that it is not likely to use under 12V so trying a 12V supply of ample current capacity, at worst the undervoltage should prevent it from working, not damage it like significant overvoltage would (at least for long enough to plug it in, try it, unplug it).

Then there's the power connector itself, does the socket look like a typical barrel type you find on most consumer electronics using a wall wart? If so what remains is determining outer and inner dimensions of the plug needed unless you get one of those adapterized supplies with several plugs included or a separate adapter set (which I would avoid if possible since the socket may face the bottom and having a long adapted plug may make worse contact over time due to gravity. This factor would be most important if buying a generically described brick supply opposed to one listed for Viewsonic/et al. monitor use.

I actually do have some here at work, but not at my desk. I can get the details a little later. however if you can't wait i know they list them on their parts store. It's kind of a pain in the ass to find the part ( you have to sign up), but i believe you can even buy a power brick from them.
