Help! Video Problems in Windows Me! (How do I get into Safe Mode?)

I sold a guy a Phophet II Videocard... he loaded the Mini-AGP 4.71 Port Driver and it killed his video. Now when he boots into Windows he hears the startup sound but can't see anything. What I need is to have someone write down the steps to changing the video card to a standard vga. I know how to do it in Win98 without being able to see anything but not in Me.

Also is there a Safe Mode in Me?

Please help ASAP... we just need to beable to get into the system to uninstall the patch.

In win me you can get into safemode by runing msconfig, click advanced and then click enable startup menu. When u reboot just select safemode.

Ha! Did I mention I can't see anything on the screen. What are the keyboard hotkeys or keystrokes?
