Help! Video card screwing up.

I put an ATI Silencer 4 and overcloked the card, then I noticed a lots of artifacts in games so I put it back to stock speeds and it still artifacts a little bit and they appear randomly.

If it still artifacts a little on stock speeds does that mean the card is now damaged?

My core temps are like 37 idle and 66 load, before installing the cooler It would br 77 under load and would work perfectly so I dont understand...

I dont want to have to buy a new card as I dont have $$ 😛 🙁
 
Yea, I don't know what to say about that except I personally would never overclock my video card. How old is the card..... maybe you can return it or try to use the warranty.
 
Ok so there is no way to fix this? I have learned my lesson and will never overclock again I was just hoping I could salvage the card somhow.

I doubt I can return the card cause I use AS5 on it, and the stock HSF was damaged when I removed it.
