HELP! Vapochill LS and CM Stacker 830

I just ordered a Vapochill LS unit to fit it underneath my CM Stacker 830 case. How will I go about that?
The Vapochill unit is 210x490mm and the case is 250x638mm. Any of you guys have something similar? I need some inspiration to start building an enclosure for the LS unit.
