Help USB issues

Hi all,

I have a Laptop that the USB drivers are giving me some issues. I deleted all the devices for usb and reinstalled. I applied the chipset drivers with same results. In the device manager I have the yellow exclamation marks. Once I install the driver the USB Controller installs fine, but then another window comes up and says to install unknown. I'm not sure what its looking for. I have no devices connected to it now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
