And I dont want to reset it because I would lose all my info on it. Does anyone know aniway to reset the system without the manual hard reset?

I have tried to hot sync the handheld, but that doesn't work, unfortunately.

I am considering letting the power run out and then try to recharge it, but I have to do it precisely. Even a couple of minutes excess that I leave the handheld on, I risk losing all info. Damn!!!

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I already posted in the peripherals section, but I hope someone can answer this here.

send it in for a replacement. They always save your data before fixing it.

I remember a while back fixing my friend's m505 ( I think it was the m505, but not sure on that). One of the programs caused the palm to go berzerk and it crashed. We were scared that if we pressed reset it would erase everything, but all the data was saved

Hey supermer, I really appreciate you looking up that url for me. Thanks a lot. I got it fixed. Thanks again. All data saved, and everything back to normal. And I have backed it up. That will never happen again. Phew. Thanks.
