help!!!! upgraded hardware and getting cpu/chipset error

here's the scenario (i bolded the main problem if you don't want to read). i planned on upgrading my mobo and vid card, which were an msi neo fsr and a bfg 6800oc, to a biostar tforce 6100 and a sapphire gto2. oh and this is all socket 754. anyways, i use the sysprep method so i wouldn't have to reinstall windows. well i put the whole system together and when i power on all the fans and hard drives power on, but nothing on the screen. the video card cooler's fan is spinning and all the connections are corrent. i look through my biostar manual there are four led indicators that show system status. in order from top to bottom they are named led_d1, led_d2, led_dimm, & led_pwr. well the bottom two light up, but the first two (led_d1 and led_d2) do not. according to the manual this indicates a cpu/chipset error!!!! so yea, did i really mess up something here? the cpu is seated properly and everything.

Hmm...

Maybe check the power connections on everything. What PSU do you have? It might be possible that your motherboard undervolts the processor and chipset on its default BIOS. I know this sounds weird. It was a problem that some people encountered with another motherboard (I can't remember who or what motherboard, but I read about it yesterday). The fix was to flash their BIOS to the latest revision. Oh, try resetting the CMOS. Google the proper method (DFI-street has a very thorough explanation and step-by-step procedure for doing this).

Good luck!

my psu is an xclio 450 and everything ran great with my old mobo and vid card. well i tried to reset the cmos and now nothing powers on. a light on the mobo comes on and the fans spin for a second and then thats it. my cpu was oc'ed to 2.4ghz from 2.2ghz with my old setup and the ram to 225mhz and nothing was returned to its stock value, could that be a problem?

edit: i removed my vid card since it has integrated video, all drives, and left only on memory module. i power it own and all the fans spin, but no post and not lights on the keyboard.
