Assembled 2 PC, mobbo asus, 512mb ram, etc....after 30mins during installation of windows where it reaches installing devices, the thing just turn off!! was able to install on one pc but when i tried to install office it just freezes and shuts down, so please if anyone have the lga775 or have faced same pro please help....thanks in advance

The problem was with the power supply that came along with the casing, changed power supply and the two pc's are working fine
 
sounds like it may be overheating. check hsf installation and temp in bios
