so I already downloaded the file from gigabyte site "motherboard_bios_ga-965p-s3_f12.exe" I run it and it extracts 3 files.

1. 965PS3
2. autoexec (MS-DOS batch file)
3. FLASH895

what to do next ? thanks
 
Why do you have to update the BIOS...?

Is your MB working fine...?

If all is stable, leave it alone.

You'll do it if you have problems or/and when you are more comfortable doing it.

You can really render your MB unoperational doing it improperly...
