Help - unwanted internet connection has been added

Sorry for being OT. I posted this in the Networking forum last night, and apparently not as many people frequent that forum. I was hoping to get some advice quickly, so I'm reposting here:

I just checked my Network Connections, and noticed a new Internet Gateway connection. It's titled, "Local Area Connection 3 on SAILORMOON". What the hell is that? Is someone trying to connect to my computer? I checked settings, and it gives a list of options that you can share with other computers. The only ones checked were a bunch of MSN Messengers, which I don't even have installed on my computer. I had disabled my Windows XP firewall, because my brother couldn't connect to me when playing Madden online. I think I'll keep it on now and disable when needed. I installeded Zone Alarm last night, but had to do a System Restore, because no programs would open after I installed it. Even had to do a hard shutdown, as neither my start menu nor ctrl+alt+del would work. Maybe it was conflicting with the XP firewall?

But I can't remove this gateway. What do I do?

Just fooling around, I tried setting up a home network to see if it definitely was another computer, and the wizard said "The wizard has found a shared internet connection on the computer "SAILORMOON". Help me delete this!!!

Update: I came home from work and checked it again, and this time the additional connection is labeled "Internet Connection." The checked shared devices are: "MSMSGS (ip address) 3350 UDP" (this is repeated 4 more times with 3350 UDP replaced with 13672 TCP, 3856 TCP, 19990 UDP, and 5647 UDP.)

When I tried setting up a home network, I get the message: "The wizard found a shared Internet connection on the computer "Unknown Internet Connection Sharing device."
