HELP!! uninstall AGP card ?

I have a rage IIc AGP and i am going to upgrade to a nvidia geforce... AGP.. how do i take out the rage? ... does it just slide out? or do i have to unsrew anything... please answer in detail.. and also... do i delete the rage drives under.. .my computer.. then hardware profiles.. ?? thanks
 
The best way is to go in the display properties and change your card to default VGA adapter. Then shut down, take the old card out (usually there's 1 screw) and slide in the new one. Make sure you press hard so it slides all the way in the slot. Then reboot and install new drivers.
