Help! Unable to install Nvidia drivers.

OK, so I finally decided to join a "year ago" and bought a brand new EVGA 7600GS PCIe card. I uninstall old drivers, swap cards, power on, Windows recognizes a new card, I proceed to install the latest 93.71 from Nvidia, and..... I end up with "An error occured during installation of the device. Access is denied". I guess I'm getting rusty. I am loged in as an admin and I made sure anti-virus software is disabled. My rig:

A64 3200+
4 X 512 pc2700
XP Home, latest updates as of two days ago.
7600GS (trying)

Any ideas?
