Help! Unable to install Nvidia drivers.

OK, so I finally decided to join a "year ago" and bought a brand new EVGA 7600GS PCIe card. I uninstall old drivers, swap cards, power on, Windows recognizes a new card, I proceed to install the latest 93.71 from Nvidia, and..... I end up with "An error occured during installation of the device. Access is denied". I guess I'm getting rusty. I am loged in as an admin and I made sure anti-virus software is disabled. My rig:

A64 3200+
4 X 512 pc2700
XP Home, latest updates as of two days ago.
7600GS (trying)

Any ideas?

Try different driver and repost here with new results.

keep trying either older or newer until you can get past the error.

Download driver cleaner run the cleaner then try to reinstall whichever driver you feel like.
