Help - unable to get over 133FSB on K7 Turbo

Hey all. I am trying to adjust my AXIA FSB, but the highest setting I have in the BIOS for slight voltage adjust is 132 - it is giving me a range of 100-132. In Anand's review, they show a range of 100-150. Do I need to disable a jumber on the mobo somewhere? I have the latest BIOS revision 2.7, and I tried the beta bios as well. Thanks

i have no experience with the kt7 turbo, but i beleive there is a 100/133 fsb jumper on the mainboard. look through the manual. peace out.

Yes. I used to own this board. In your motherboard manual you will find a diagram which shows you which jumper to move. It ships in the 100fsb position. You have to manually move it to 133, then that will enable 133+ fsb.

if its still not working
jumper is right by the memory
i had problem when switch pc100 to pc133 ram
now ic an't use reset button for some reason

You have to open the J17 pins to enable FSB of 133 to 166. The jumper is between the AGP slot and the CMOS battery.

Good luck!

according to hardocp.com the k7t has the via133 chip, but to get above 132 you need the newer version the via133A which sadly most people cant just go and buy and solder in, but mobo prices are down alot lately....

i'm running it a 140 so i know it can be done. u gotta change the one jumper on the board and then u can choose between 133-166 in 1 mhz increments

The K7T Turbo is a KT133A chip and will run at 133.

You're thinking of the Abit KT7 and KT7A.
