Hi all, I would appreciate some advice on the following settings in my BIOS and what best to configure them to.

My specs are...
Asus P5Q SE Plus motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Wolfdale
-3.16ghz
-6mb L2
-1333mhz FSB
8GB DDR2 Corsair Dominator 8500C5D in 4x 2GB modules configuration
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

I'd like maximum gaming performance.
