Okay, I purchased yet ANOTHER video card a few days ago. In any event, when I am playing Borderlands 2, I have a very strange issue. Basically the game will start off fine but once I hear the fans spooling up and thus it warming up, that is when the artifacts occur. To describ it, it appears as about a bunch of 1/4 cm" line that form a column down the middle of the screen as shown here.

It is not the flickering issue with DX9 games that has been fixed. This ONLY occurs with Bordlerlands 2.
I have gone through a 7850 Asus DCU2, several Vistiontek 7870's from work and a 7870 Myst and not a single one has this issue.
Likewise, I've tried all the outputs and they all show the same thing. Starcraft 2, 3dmark, Skyrim...no issues.
Has anyone seen this?
