Help! Trojan that can't be deleted

Spysweep found trojan.backdoor.progdav. Have tried numerous spyware programs and antivirus and I can not get rid of it. Tried a fix from a post on your forums dated 2/2/07 by Medea which looks and sounds identical to my problem. Followed the directions to see if it would help me, but when I got to the very last instruction, deleting video.dll and audio.dll in the C:\Windows\system32\wsnpoem file, got a message that they were in use. At the time, I had all browsers, programs and internet connection turned off and was working in safe mode. I have pasted a curretn hjt log below. Any help is appreciated.

More information on removal

This tool will allow you to delete those files while in safe mode: KillBox (be very careful with that thing)

Medea will know more than myself. My hijackthis knowledge is ancient by todays standards.

Hi -

Yeah, those two files weren't on the other system, and they can be stubborn. You definitely do have a backdoor trojan on your system. Do NOT do any online banking, purchases, etc. on your computer. If you have done any of this while you were infected, you need to notify your bank/credit card companies, etc. Change your passwords from another uninfected computer.

? You have SpyOnMe which is considered a rogue app and should be uninstalled.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
- Select SpyOnMe > Click Remove
- Exit.

? Download Killbox:
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe
Click killbox.exe.
Select the option "Delete on reboot".
Click the button: All Files (!important!)
Now it should flash green.

Now copy the next bold part:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntos.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnpoem\video.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnpoem\audio.dll

Open 'file' in the killboxmenu on top and choose Paste from clipboard

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be removed on next reboot and asks if you would like to Reboot now, click YES
If you don't get that message, reboot manually.

Your computer should reboot now.

After reboot, you'll receive some errors. This is normal.

? Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running and check the following:
F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Userinit.exe,C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntos.exe,

Make sure ALL browsers/windows are closed except HijackThis and click 'Fix Checked'.

? Reboot your computer.

? Please download Combofix: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe
and save to the desktop.

1. Double click on combo.exe & follow the prompts.
2. When finished, it will produce a logfile located at C:\ComboFix.txt.

Note: Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause your system to stall/hang.

? PM with the combofix.txt log and a new HijackThis log.

While waiting for response, ran Spy Sweeper - still shows trojan.
