HELP: Transmission problems with new IP

My parents threw out the conversion kit that was needed to have a smooth transition from @home.

Last night was when my area was being switched to the new network. Because we didnt have the kit then we lost all internet until a few minutes ago. And I also figured out that my SETI client tried to transmit a completed WU while we didnt have internet access. Now it is saying "connect: No such file or directory" and it doesnt transmit. Please help!
