Help Tracking Down a UT2004 Mutator - RandomVehicles

Got the itch to play some classic twitch deathmatch with the roommates this weekend and I can't for the life of me find this mutator I had a lot of fun with a long time ago.

It had a little set up configuration in the 'mutators' menu of any game type and in play would randomly spawn vehicles around the map, we could play domination or CTF with vehicles and the maps can cycle through and I wouldn't need to edit the game files individually to add any vehicles.

Maybe my Google-Fu is weak but the only evidence this mutator even existed was a post I found here:

Does anyone know where I can find this mutator or even better, have a copy of it?

Close, but not quite. That's an entirely different gamemode.

This mutator "Random Vehicles" just spawns a set number of vehicles in any map so you can, for instance, play FaceClassic with Goliaths and what not.

Sounds terrible, haha.

I played a fair number of mods back in the day (and still play UT2k4, though mostly closer to stock), but never that one.
