I need a little bit of help figuring out how to OC my cpu to about 3.6~3.7 GHz
This is my first attempt to OC and I'm a bit nervous but willing to give it a try.

I have tried following the guide for OCing 920 to 4 GHz and that did not go well, pc crashed on startup and i had to reset the BIOS. I don't really want to push it to 4, but I think 3.6 or 3.7 would be
a more comfortable OC. I am absolutely terrified of messing with voltages and i need some input from pros here to guide me on OCing my rig.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I was thinking of lowering CPU Clock Ration to 22X and increasing CPU Host Frequency to 160. That should give me 3.5GHZ and Memory Frequency 1600MHz / 2:10 but decided to at least run it by you guys before i do anything.
