Hi. i am looking to buy a case ($100-150) that support 2 or 3 rad either on back, top or bottom of the case. it must be full tower or mid tower case.
 
I don't think you're going to meet those specs for that price. The cheapest water cooling case would probably be the

Cooler Master HAF 932 or ATCS 840. $120-180

Mounting 2 or more rads you may want to look at. $270+

Wow schmide, I just peed a little. That's a hell of a case.

Good suggestions on the HAF932 or ATCS840. Use google to find other users' WC setups with those cases.
