Help To Enter Special Olympics

Hi Everyone: I want so bad to be in the Special Olympics. My buddy tells me I am the best hopper and skipper he has ever seen. Do they have hopping in the Special Olympics? I am thinking I will at least win a cookie if I do good. I want to be in the Special Olympics. I never did good in school and they only let me play dodge ball. Now is my time to win the hopping contest. Please let me know how to be in the Special Olympics.
